Booking Terms and Conditions:

• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Please note, a $1 pre-authorization may appear on your credit card statement as part of the booking process.

• The full reservation amount will be charged to the provided credit card on November 15th.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are free of charge.

• For bookings made within 14 days of the event, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

• Refunds are not available once full payment has been made.

• If you need to cancel between November 15th and 5:00 PM on November 28th, your reservation amount will be held in credit for 18 months, which can be redeemed for food and beverage at Artisan Restaurant.

• No credits will be issued for cancellations made after 5:00 PM on November 28th or for no-shows.
